If you have full medical clearance for stretching and exercise – you can do this little stretching routine everyday – even several times per day.

Just be sure to stay within your comfort zone and don’t force the stretch. It should feel good. So, if you feel pain – you are pushing to hard. Gradually your range of motion will improve – just be consistent.
